Building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful counselling work. I’m committed to creating a warm, open, and supportive space where you can feel safe to explore what truly matters to you.
As a first step, I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, usually held online. This is an opportunity for us to meet, talk about what brings you to counselling, and see whether my approach feels like the right fit for you at this point in your life.
At present, I offer two types of sessions:
Online Counselling — a flexible option that allows you to connect from your own space.
Walk & Talk — an outdoor, nature-based approach that can support reflection and emotional wellbeing.

Nature can be a powerful co-therapist. Walk-and-talk sessions offer a gentle alternative to traditional therapy spaces—blending movement, fresh air, and grounded conversation. These sessions invite calm, clarity, and connection. We will meet in a local green space in Edinburgh.
£45 per 50-minute session
Reduced-Fee Sessions
I understand that counselling can be a financial commitment. To make support more accessible, I offer a small number of reduced-fee sessions each month. If you’d like to enquire about availability, please contact me directly.
About my practice
The foundation of my practice is person-centred and I work from a holistic perspective to gently support you to reconnect with yourself and make sense of your experiences and emotions — at your own pace, in your own way.
As a therapist, I walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. I see you not as a problem to be fixed, but as a whole person with wisdom, resilience, and the capacity to grow. I work relationally, weaving together counselling with, if welcome, nature-based practices, mindfulness, creative expression, and body-based tools like yoga, and sound baths. These practices invite calm, connection, and deeper self-awareness — especially for those who struggle to find words for their experiences. My approach is grounded in relationship, nature, and the restorative value of working with the hands as well as with words.
I particularly welcome work with millennials navigating the unique pressures of our generation — burnout, perfectionism, climate anxiety, identity exploration, relationship struggles, disconnection from purpose, and the quiet grief of unmet expectations. I also offer a safe space for the queer/lgbtq+ community and anyone walking alternative paths in life.
